I really didnt like the last fight with Abaddon, was weak. I would make Abaddon win that battle and free himself out of those shackles and raise some more hell in other regions. Let Abaddon run free for a little bit before he gets destroyed finally.
I'd have Cantha and Elona included in the GW2 lore instead of cutting them off. Seems like a cheap/lazy move to me -_-;;

That's a great idea. Reminds me of Kefka taking over in FFVI. Imagine if they did an Elona expansion (similar to what GW:EN did for Tyria) that allowed for something like this, followed by Palawa's return to the Crystal Desert...
Hell, Cantha could have its story proceeded with an expansion dealing with the Emperor's attempt at assimilating the Luxons and Kurzicks and the united Luxon-Kurzicks and the Tengu fight against the Emperor in order to leave Cantha for refuge elsewhere...
Also, how were these two continents affected by the GW:EN tremors (and the Destroyers)? After all, considering there are tears in the planet that lead to Kaineng City and Kaamadan, it's clear that the tunnels had made their way to these continents and, thus, would have expanded more dungeons in Cantha and Elona as well.
Yeah... can you tell I hate that Tyria's the only continent getting all the attention?

For your expansion idea, I really wouldn't mind seeing that, although I'd prefer for it to come in an update similar to Sorrow's Furnace, because I'm a cheap b------.
Also, the dungeons are not created by the earthquakes, despite what ANet originally told us. The dungeons are like Sorrow's Furnace and the Catacombs, underground tunnels. The only thing the earthquakes really did was destroy walls/ceilings that led to the dungeon that we find Ogden and Vekk in.
If i could change one thing in the storyline, when Dagnar Kills Rurik [WHAT], instead of rurik dying, like normal people do when they are killed, he would actually have been enchanted with divine intervention and wearing a weapon of shadow, so dagnar would be blind, and since hes a warrior when hes not on his mount, hes very affected by the blind condition so hes not a brave warrior anymore but a Coward, so rurik takes this chance to call him a [coward] and dagnar is knocked down, but when he falls down hes such a big domage warrior that he falls >9000 feet away and crushes the player character, ending the storyline at its logical closure point and forcing the player to stop playing pve and become gud at gvg, the end.
OR IS IT!?...no its not!
rurik was busy celebrating his enormous victory by using his special max zaishen rank emote to wtfpwn dagnars dead body, when he realized that he had been hexed by a nearby master assassin ninja with [wastrel's collapse], and as we all know /zrank is not a skill so rurik was knocked down, and as he is also a mighty warrior you would think that he would fall >9000 feet and crush another random person under his enormous domaging weight, but wait! he used [healing signet] while his stance was [frenzy] for epic winheals! and so when he got back to ascalon and his father the king addleburn forgived him for leaving the kingdom his only danger was that he was bleeding so the king finally revealed that he is actually a mo/me so he cast echo and then mending on both himself and rurik and while rurik's mending countered the bleeding (!) king addleburn enjoyed a prosperous +3 health regen, which to the surprise of tyria and all of guild wars planet made him stronger than ever before so he took over the world except for the battle isles becuase he was allergic to small islands - thats just his excuse, he actually couldnt find a boat that he hadnt broken already with his epic hamstorm combo - so everybody flocked to battle islands and pvp turned into the new pve but suddenly, a challenger! its kormir but since shes blind and everyone knows paragons are just warriors with sissy spears (amirite?) so rurik realized he could use his elite skill [coward] on her too because she was even more of a coward than dagnar becuase not only was she blind she wasnt even melee ranged attacks! the end

The only problem is that both events take place 49 and 57 years after the Eye of the North. Most of our chars will be dead or too old to fight. I guess that if Arenanet do any kind mission we will play as an Imperial general or a Tengu warrior in Cantha while In Elona we will play as a undead warrior/prince or a sunspear.

The reason they have left out Cantha and Elona is to allow them use in further expansions aswell as scaleing down how much they would have to work on. Remember that they are most likely createing Tyria from scratch so if they included Cantha and Elona in the original pack they would have to work on them aswell as their stories.
It will be like Prophecies,Factions and Nightfall again - introduce each continent and their storyline bit by bit - Dragons in Tyria,Emperors race rules in Cantha and Palawa Jokos army and the Mordant Crescent. And lets remember that Tyria is the most important of all three continents due to it being the first area we visited aswell as all of the major screw ups and covers ups happening on it.
Personally, I thought it a bit dumb when Shiro and the Lich were helping Abbadon. Seemed to retroactively change the storyline, since before, it seemed like Khilbron's explosion was an accident, or rather he didn't know what the spell would do since he just found it in an old library under Orr. So Dhuum and Menzies are the bosses instead of Shiro and Khilbron.
Kormir should turn rt/p after getting blinded, or just die and be a ghost later on. Or even just use motivation skills instead of body blocking us as we fall back from torment claws popping up in the last mission.
Undead Rurik helps a bit, instead of dieing. Maybe breaks open the door to the bloodstone chamber before getting deanimated by Khilbron?
Also, during the final mission of Factions, a Juggernaut breaks down a wall and throws a siege turtle at Shiro, and the spirits at Tahnakai do something awesome, and then just one of the oracles shows up and really quick like seals Shiro, instead of the slow death, and Kuunavang shatters the statue. Paragons and Dervishes need their own celestial skills, too, but thats entirely different (Avatar of Herald Demrikov? Anthem of the Mists?). And Togo does not replace Kaolai as the rit spirit. It's just not right. Everyone loves Kaolai.
man theres a lot of kormir hatin in this thread.
but i dont blame anyone
proph - mini-mission in pre-searing, you get to hunt down and kill gwen. God i hate her
factions - stop with the whole split factions. End battle is a huge mish where luxons and kurz team up and fight shiro, with like hundreds of allies and hundreds of enemies. MAKE IT EPIC
nightfall - stab kormir in the eye and feed her to a junudu.
